Role Overview:
As a Baker at Crumbl, you will be responsible for creating delightful desserts and contributing to the unique experience that Crumbl offers. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with your team to ensure the highest quality and consistency of freshly baked goods. You will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative dessert-making environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bake a variety of desserts, with a primary focus on cookies and other confectionery delights.
- Follow recipes to maintain the quality and consistency of all baked goods.
- Assist in the development of new flavors and dessert offerings based on the weekly rotating menu.
- Ensure that the kitchen and baking areas are clean, organized, and meet all food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the seamless operation of the dessert-making process.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef, with a focus on high-quality dessert creation.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
- A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and integrity.
Bonus If You:
- Have experience with developing new cookie flavors or dessert offerings.
- Possess a culinary degree or certification.
- Have knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability needed on Monday through Saturday.
Location:
This is an on-site position at our Crumbl location in Washington, PA.
