We’re hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead our new Crumbl Cookies location in Springfield! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations (opening/closing, shift leadership)
- Lead and motivate team members
- Ensure product quality and food safety standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and labor management
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Certification (Required)
- ServSafe Manager Certification OR
- Ohio Person in Charge (PIC) Certification
Training Requirement
- Must attend 1 week of paid training in Columbus, Ohio before store opening
