Job Summary
We're looking for two dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Night Shift Leads. This role is responsible for leading the evening shift, supporting team members, ensuring exceptional product quality and customer service, and making sure the store is clean, organized, and ready for the next day.

Candidates will complete approximately two weeks of training on the day shift before transitioning to nights. This is an hourly position with additional tip earnings. Hourly pay is based on experience, with opportunities for increases based on performance

All Crew Member Responsibilities

• Learn to make the best cookies in the world!
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
• Clean and restock the workstations and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
• Use basic math and computer skills
• Use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to make someone smile!

Shift Lead Responsibilities

• Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
• Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
• Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Meet deadlines
• Maintain excellent customer service at all levels

Shift Lead Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Previous shift lead experience is preferred but not required
• Able to work quickly and efficiently
• Notable communication skills
• An eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
• Team player
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Computer Literacy
• Proactive organizational skills
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
• Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• It is vital that the ideal candidate is comfortable leading a shift, making a game plan and keeping team members accountable
