Key Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures

• Lead, coach, and support store team members to maintain a positive work environment

• Ensure consistent product quality, food safety practices, and adherence to company standards

• Manage inventory, ordering, and product availability to minimize waste

• Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns with professionalism
