Responsibilities:
- Mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- Operate mixing equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Monitor mixing process to achieve desired consistency and quality
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during mixing and handling of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow
Experience:
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with catering or restaurant operations is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Requirements:

- Understanding of food industry regulations and guidelines
