Shift Lead

Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for Closing Shift Leads to join their team!

Shift leads work closely with store management to carefully manage one of our working shifts. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to: providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence, and ensure the bakery is meeting the high standards customers and employees deserve. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Shift lead responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

·     Manage all the basics of running the store

·     Make sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations

·     Keep employees moving at a quick/accurate pace

·     Handle all customer service complaints/issues

·     Keep the store clean

·     Give clear instructions or orders to subordinate employees

·     Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy

·     Meet deadlines

·     Ensure Great customer service at all levels

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
