Job Purpose
The Field Trainer ensures Crumbl's brand is adhered to by working closely with store owners to implement Crumbl's established processes, practices, and culture that will continue to result in the store's long-term success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Gain buy-in from franchise partners of the \why\ in Crumbl's established procedures
- Ensure all franchise owners achieve corporate certification
- Embody Crumbl's culture and values of growth, authenticity, and data-driven decision making
- Mentor, and later coach the franchise partners on the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives to ensure the store's goals are achieved
- Provide hands-on training and support for two weeks for new franchise owners and one week support for existing owners to empower franchise owners to operate with efficiency after departure
- Mentor the franchise owner by serving as their primary source of support for the duration of opening week by leading them through the store-opening process
- Oversee the operations within a franchise and direct the leadership team during opening week
- Assist franchise partners in delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
- Assist the franchise leadership team in practicing the most up-to-date operational procedures
- Analyze current training practices within a franchise and provide feedback to the training team
- Under direction, facilitate testing of new quality or training practices & procedures
- Adhere to all new and established training practices
- Assist franchise partners in training and onboarding all crew members “the Crumbl way”
- Occasionally serve as a coach to stores who need additional training by understanding their concerns and guiding them through personalized solutions
Qualifications
- Understanding of basic computer softwares (Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, etc.)
- High level of accountability, self-awareness and follow-through
- Able to have crucial conversations with others
- Strong time management skills
- Previous in-store experience(preferred)
- Previous experience in the food & beverage industry(preferred)
- Previous experience developing/training employees(preferred)
- Willing to commit to 100% travel
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Driver’s license
Working Conditions
- 100% Travel requirement, usually by plane, rental car, etc.
- Current Driver's license and clean driving record required
- Required to work Holidays, nights and weekends
- Longer hours expected during start-up of a franchise location
- Will receive overtime pay of 1.5 times hourly rate for time worked in excess of 40 hours weekly
- May require frequent COVID testing and immunizations

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Constantly moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one workstation to another. Constantly communicating with others to exchange information. Occasionally operating bakery machinery and tools.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift kitchen products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
