What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crumbl - Shift Lead position at Crumbl Cookies?
We are looking for a Shift Lead for evening and weekend shifts (Fridays and Saturday nights). Some nights from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm (varies on certain days). Only 2 days a week.

As a Shift Lead, you will oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service. Benefits:
- $21 per hour plus Tips

Requirements:
***Food & Beverage or Fast Food Supervisor or Shift Lead Experience Required***
***Must be an HS Graduate or GED equivalent***

- Someone to lead by example while following manager and owner rules and corporate policies
- Someone to set an example to bakers by following the guidelines of Crumbl’s policies
- Must work all and any Shifts based on Company needs and be able to work at least 24hrs weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
- Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
- Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
- Meet deadlines
- Approve work hours
- Maintain excellent customer service at all levels
- Supervising and training employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently
- Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management
- Managing employee requests and transgressions
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
- Coaching team members and training new staff
- Locking up and closing the store.
- Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits
- Handling customer issues and employee disputes
