Signing Bonus being offered upon these conditions: $50 bonus after 60 days of employment, $100 after 90 days of employment.

Average weekly hours: at least 15 hours per week to full time as needed, no unexcused absences, high quality of work, consistent positive attitude required.

Job details (include but are not limited to):

• Running the register

• Mixing dough

• Balling dough

• Cleaning the store

• Folding boxes

• Decorating cookies

• Preparing catering orders

• Answering phones

• Helping with customer service

• No previous experience necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members
• Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be 16 to apply
• Basic Math and computer skills

Crumbl’s rotating menu evolved over the course of a year until its iconic four flavor weekly rotation was officially established in December 2018. Since then, new flavors are added weekly, in addition to current recipes being updated and improved. The brand now focuses on developing unique and delicious cookies inspired by popular flavors, foods, desserts of all kinds - from pies to cakes to candies and more.
