Pay is $11 per hour plus tips (tips typically are an additional $2-4 per hour).
Crumbl has quickly seen it's success grow as it has spread like wildfire across the country. If you are friendly, reliable and customer service oriented we would love to talk to you! This shift typically starts mid to late afternoon until 11pm, Monday through Saturday. The job duties include but are not limited to:
- Running the register
- Mixing dough
- Balling dough
- Cleaning the store
- Folding boxes
- Decorating cookies
- Preparing catering orders
- Answering phones
- Helping with customer service
- No previous experience necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Able to stand for hours at a time
- Must be available to work some Saturdays

Crumbl’s award-winning milk chocolate chip cookie has always been on the menu with their chilled pink sugar cookie becoming a permanent menu item soon after. Crumbl then introduced its concept of a rotating menu. The frequency and timing of Crumbl’s rotating menu evolved over the course of a year until its iconic four flavor weekly rotation was officially established in December 2018. Since then, new flavors are added frequently, often weekly, in addition to current recipes being updated and improved. The brand now focuses on developing unique and delicious cookies inspired by popular flavors, foods, desserts of all kinds - from pies to cakes to candies and more.
