REQUIREMENTS
- You must be at least 16 years old, have a personality for customers service & a love for cookies!
- Crew Members must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift heavy items from time-to-time, smiling all the way!
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying the finished cookies
- Ensure finished cookies meet food safety and quality standards
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked cookies
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Clean as you go!
