The Store Manager is able to lead and delegate in mixing, balling and dressing cookies, keeping the store clean and orderly, and enhancing our customer experience.

Job Types: 35-40 hours per week
Pay: $15 for training, $17 once training is finished. Raises are available and evaluated quarterly

Schedule:
- 5-8 hour shifts - 6AM-2PM or 8AM-3PM
- Monday - Friday
- Saturday shift is required twice per month
Responsibilities
- Lead the team, and handle all scheduling and ingredients ordering (once finished with training).
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make perfect gourmet cookies
- Ball dough quickly to ensure ovens are always full of cookies
- Decorate and display the finished product
- Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
- Take client information and ensure that deliveries are accurate and timely
- Clean and restock the workstation and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Requirements
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent gourmet cookies
- Ability to work in a very busy and sometimes hot environment
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items
- 21 Years of age or older
