Looking to staff pastry crew members for morning, midday or closing shifts.

Must be 18 years old.

Baker – Job Description:

• Read, understand and follow Crumbl recipes with exactness
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers (age 18 ), ovens, and other equipment to make cookies, frostings, fillings and toppings
• Decorate and display finished products
• Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality standards
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
• Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Take customer information
• Ensure that orders are accurate and timely
• Clean and restock workstations, and ensure all equipment is sanitized according to food safety standards

Baker – Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Available to work at least three (3) shifts per week
• Available to work at least two Saturday shifts per month. One Saturday shift must be a closing shift.
• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, midday, weekend, and holiday availability
• Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet for entirety of shift
• Stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items (max 50lbs) for extended periods

Schedule:

• Typical length of shifts: 5 to 6 hours
• Weekend availability (required)
• Long-term positions preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $16.75 per hour
