Job Duties:
- Greet customers
- Answer questions about the cookies
- Make cookie recommendations
- Work the cash register to accept orders and payments
- Make and decorate the world's best cookies
- And above all else, provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Baking experience preferred
- Early morning, Midday and Night Bakers needed!
Pay: $10-12 per hour tips
Physical Setting: Bakery
Typical Shift Length: 4 to 8 hours ( can vary )
Work Availability:
- We are hiring both Full Time & Part Time Help.
- (Day shifts available)
- 9am - 430 pm [Monday - Saturday]
- Weekend Availability is a must. But we rotate Saturday's so you can enjoy your weekends too.
- Closed every sunday
- Holidays - We are open and working most holidays, Except for Thanksgiving, Christmas & New years day. We do, however, close early most holidays to make sure you can enjoy it with your friends and family.

We are searching for skilled, creative bakers who want to help provide high-quality baked treats and service in an efficient, professional manner.
The Baker's role is vital, in understanding recipes, performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products, using frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers.
As a baker, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.
To be a successful baker, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Q: How many hours a week am I going to be working?
A: It Depends on your availability. Tell us what you need and we can try to make it work.
Q: Do I have to work weekends?
A: All Employees are required to work at least 2 Saturdays a month, we try our best to rotate and make it fair.
Q: Do I get to keep my tips?
A: Absolutely! Your tips are automatically paid to you on your paycheck. We pool all the tips earned that week, then split them amongst the team and how many hours you worked that week.
Q: How good are the cookies?
A: So good, we have become the fastest growing cookie brand in the nation.
