Seeking respectful and hard-working crew who loves to get dirty in flour! Customer service skills are a MUST. We need crew that can provide high-quality baked goods in an efficient, professional manner. Crew can follow recipes, perform quality checks on finished products, train new crew by example and who are fast learners. We are a local family in Alaska and as such you will be working directly with the owners.

Crew are responsible for daily tasks that are crucial in operating a successful Crumbl store. We are a fast paced working environment. Must work effiently and be hard working as a TEAM member.
Seeking daytime crew with availability Monday - Saturday. Saturdays are a MUST. Off Sundays!
Also seeking afternoon/evening crew. Must be able to work on Saturdays. Off Sundays!
To be a successful, you should be efficient, friendly, work with urgency, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.
Applicants must have/be able to do the following:
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying the finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service
- Help with training new crew
- Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Previous baking experience is a plus
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, some nights, Saturdays (Sundays off), and holiday availability
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with urgency
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Lift 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate the mixers.
