We have an opening for a part time shift lead at Crumbl in Charlottesville.

We are looking for a hard working, part time shift lead who is at least 18 years old and can work daytime and/or evening hours during the weekdays along with some weekend and closing shifts. We are willing to train the right person.

In addition to all the duties of a baker and/or crew member, the shift lead position duties also include:
- Ensuring employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
- Motivate Crew to work quickly, efficiently and accurately
- Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
- Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
- Meet deadlines
- Maintain excellent customer service at all levels

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
