Responsibilities:
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Follow step-by-step instructions to measure ingredients, mix dough bases, and frostings
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
- Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
- Clean and restock the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Decorate and display the finished product
- Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
- Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- MUST BE 18
- Basic phone applications and basic math skills is required
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Ability to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
