Ground Support / Equipment Operator – Tree Rex LLC

This is physical outdoor work. Not a desk job.
What we need:
- Show up on time (non-negotiable)
- Work hard and keep moving
- Follow direction without arguing
- Stay focused on the job
What you’ll do:
- Load and move equipment
- Handle brush and debris
- Assist on tree jobs
- Run basic equipment (we train you)
- Help with farm work when needed
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Able to handle physical work all day
- Safe driver (truck/trailer is a plus)
- No drama, no excuses
Pay:
- $22–25/hr starting
- Raises quickly if you prove yourself
- Consistent hours (30 )
