Senior Roofing Estimator

 Job Title: Lead Estimator, Senior Estimator, Estimator, Roofing Estimator

Location: Charlotte, NC area

Compensation: DOE $90-130,000 base bonus/commission

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years estimating commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, etc)
• 2 years managing junior estimators, or other team members
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and think critically

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the estimating team
• Prepare detailed estimates and project proposals
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs
• Help drive departmental goals and performance
• Ensure accurate documentation and project handoffs
