Requirements:
- 5 years experience in Commercial Door Project Management
- Experience with Comsense, ProTech and/or Avaware
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate teams and keep projects on track.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate updates to clients and team members.
- Use tools like Comsense and ProTech to manage projects.
- Identify and manage risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, especially Division 8.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing commercial projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Avaware, Comsense, ProTech).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Division 8 in construction.
- Excellent communication skills.
