We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing personal injury team. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, client-focused, and experienced managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from inception to settlement
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and treatment updates
- Coordinate medical treatment and gather medical records/bills
- Assist attorneys with case development and demand preparation
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers
- Review accident reports, liens, and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate case notes and deadlines in case management software
- Assist with intake and onboarding of new clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish preferred)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Experience handling high-volume caseloads
- Familiarity with personal injury case management software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing settlement demands
- Knowledge of insurance claims and bodily injury processes
- Medical records and billing review experience
