Our client handles high‑exposure, catastrophic injury matters (not car wrecks) and is known for detailed, hands-on casework from intake through trial.

This position is ideal for a paralegal who prefers substantive, high-level work over volume-based caseloads. You will work closely with Attorneys and Partners, managing approximately 25-30 active catastrophic injury cases requiring deep analysis, discovery, and trial preparation.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and litigation support documents
- Organize, review, and analyze extensive medical records and case materials
- Coordinate with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Track deadlines and ensure precision in all filings and case documentation
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and strategy support
- 5 years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience
- Experience handling matters from pre-litigation through trial
- Background in catastrophic or complex injury cases
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Stable work history (strong tenure preferred, but not seeking a 20 year paralegal at one firm)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access)
- Ability to work in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- $90,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
