Location: Brielle, NJ (hybrid 3 onsite, 2 remote)
Compensation: $130,000-150,000
Billable Hours: 1,750 annually

Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time Family Law Attorney to handle a diverse caseload of family law matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in New Jersey family law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal issues during challenging times in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and adoption cases
- Conduct client consultations and provide expert legal advice on family law issues
- Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions
- Negotiate settlements and draft settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in family law legislation and case law
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
- Participate in Mandatory Economic Mediation sessions as required by New Jersey courts
- Utilize the NJ Child Support Guidelines Worksheet to calculate and negotiate child support arrangements
