Job Title: Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $100-120,000 ( or - DOE)
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on commercial litigation matters
- Defense-side litigation experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage cases from inception through trial, including heavy discovery and motion practice
- Experience drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence
- Strong familiarity with Texas state and federal court rules and filing procedures
- Hands-on experience with e-discovery tools, document review platforms, and case management systems
- Trial preparation experience, including organizing exhibits, preparing binders, and supporting attorneys in court
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
