Assistant Superintendent

Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a premier multifamily design-build firm to identify an experienced Project Superintendent I/II. This role will oversee multiple phases and trade activities on a large-scale construction project, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Project outlines are 250 units, mixed-use podium with 3 levels subterranean foundation (parking) and 2 above ground with active shops and living.

• 1 years of construction experience in the multi-family podium projects with structural concrete and wood framing.
• Experience working as an Assistant Superintendent
• Multifamily, mixed-use, podium, concrete, or large-scale residential construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of the design-build process
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, inspections, safety, QA/QC, and closeout
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Base salary of $90-110k
