Oversee all aspects of commercial architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration

Interface and coordinate site planning, engineering and interior design

Manage project teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and consultants

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards

Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications

Manage contract negotiations and change orders

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues

Implement and maintain project management best practices and processes

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
