Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background with excellent stakeholder management skills, hands-on approach to leveraging AI tools to drive product innovation, Custom Software installs, financial experience, and business value.
Requirements
- Strong technical background (Custom Software Installs, Client Management, Technical, Financial Services)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools
- Experience working with enterprise clients and communicating directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in product road mapping and strategic planning
- Experience in budget planning and management
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact product features
- Partner with enterprise clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into product solutions
- Leverage AI tools to enhance product discovery, planning, and execution processes
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Manage product budgets and support resource planning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including offshore development teams, to ensure successful product delivery
- Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and drive continuous improvement
- Experience in the Audit or Tax domain
- Experience using Claude Code for rapid prototyping and idea validation/showcases
- Experience working with offshore development teams (Eastern European and South America)
