What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day accounting operations and recurring financial reporting.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare bank, balance sheet, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, cash reporting, and working capital tracking.
- Maintain vendor records, assist with 1099 tracking, and support documentation for accounting transactions.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to improve processes and support ongoing business growth.
- Work within ERP, CRM, and accounting systems while utilizing Excel to analyze and report financial data.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.
- Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP and accounting systems.
- Manufacturing, industrial, dealership, or equipment industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
