We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of Recreational vehicles, ensuring that every RV meets our high standards of quality. As a Crew member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous cleaning and detailing services and must have prior detailing experience. *Applicants must be have at minimum 2 years detailing experience and must able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test.
Responsibilities
- Willingness to Travel throughout the day
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of Recreational vehicles
- Conduct wash services, including hand washing, waxing, and polishing.
- Maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and ensure all tools and equipment are organized.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to ensure standards are met.
Skills
- Proficiency in buffing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Familiarity with car wash procedures and cleaning practices.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Able to master the use of various tools and equipment in the work process.
- Able to work in heat, cold and a damp environment.
- Able to bend, squat, twist and stretch in normal completion of job duties.
- Able to work with various chemicals in the completion of job duties.
- Able to climb ladders and work with heights.
