Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with fuel purchases and operate fuel pumps as needed.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing duties.
- Comply with all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills re required for effective customer interactions.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
