We are currently seeking a Full Time Customer Service Rental Agent
- $21.00/hour
- Tuesday through Saturday
No RV experience necessary, we offer on the job training!
RENTAL AGENT POSITION DETAILS
Our Customer Service Rental Agent position offers a truly unique experience. Think about mixing a car rental agent with a hotel front desk agent. You will be helping our guests check-in and start their own personal adventure. Travel to our hub locations may be required to assist rental agents and managers when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the RV rentals
- Check guests in and out of their RV rental
- Take guests on walk-though of their unit (Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors)
- Explain basic functions of different parts of RV
- Prepare kitchen kits for customers
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Assist the Detail department as needed to prepare RV rentals
RENTAL AGENT REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to Travel
- Weekend Availability
- Attention to Detail
- Superior communication skills
- Desire to work and learn
- Dependability
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid Driver's License
- Must complete pre-employment background check and drug screen within seven (7) days of employment (excluding marijuana)
