We are currently seeking a Customer Service - Front Desk Rental Agent
$16.50 An Hour Plus COMISSION!
Weekends* Flexible weekday hours
*Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm / Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm* flexible hours during the week
No experience necessary, we offer on the job training!
RENTAL AGENT POSITION DETAILS
Our Front Desk Rental Agent position offers a truly unique experience. Think about mixing a car rental agent with a hotel front desk agent. You will be helping our guests check-in and start their own personal adventure. Travel to our Hub locations to assist rental agents and managers when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the RV Rentals
- Check guests in and out of their RV rental
- Take guests on walk-though of their unit (Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors)
- Explain basic functions of different parts of RV
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- "Up sell" as appropriate
RENTAL AGENT REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to Detail
- Superior communication skills
- Desire to work and learn
- Dependability
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Be able to pass:
- - - -criminal background check
- - - -drug screen. (We don't test for Marijuana/THC)
