SALES COMPENSATION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tiered hourly pay plan $19.50 - $21.50 per hour, plus commissions per booking. Average annual range $45K - $50K.
- Ask for the sale and book new reservations.
- Professionally assist customers making changes to existing reservations.
- Meet or exceed monthly goals as defined by Management.
- At times handle chat inquiries/bookings while simultaneously handling calls.
SALES QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two handed typing with 35 wpm with high score of accuracy.
- Prior experience in asking for the sale required, including collecting payment details.
- Must be available to work varied hours, shifts and days as required.

CURRENT NEEDS:
We are a 24/7 department, but currently overnight hours are not needed. Current shift times can start as early as 5am and as late as 1:30pm, and all times in-between. Typing test provided during interview process to determine ability to maneuver a keyboard efficiently. All qualified candidates will be required to take a drug screen (screenings do not test for marijuana) and are subject to a background check.
Open Shifts
- 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Education and/or Experience
High School or equivalent diploma required.
Work Environment
The working conditions are normal for a call center environment.
