Cruise America is the nation's LARGEST RV Rental & Sales organization, and we are HIRING for a 24/7 call center Escalations/Customer Support Representative.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $22.50/hour
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm
**THIS POSITION IS IN OFFICE**
ESCALATIONS/CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE JOB DETAILS:
In this position, you will be urgently helping customers who need assistance while renting one of our RVs. Assistance can range from simple troubleshooting to serious situations such as accidents, vehicle breakdowns, etc. and requires adaptability and quick thinking.
- Answer inbound customer support calls
- Assist rental customers
- Schedule vehicle services
- Dispatch towing
- Troubleshooting
- Reconciling Invoices
