What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Attendant position at Crucible ETN (Nyrstar East Tennessee Mines)?
Key Accountabilities
- Adhere to all MSHA regulatory and company standards

- Reporting of all SHEC incidents. Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and rectify any variances.
- Manage the process for repairable items.
- Organize and manage the full stock take (complete inventory).
- Pulling inventory from stores and Delivery of materials to the point of use.
- Manage the process of returning of unused materials to inventory.
- Management of Operating Supplies inventory and variances
- Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor in controlling inventory cost.
- Proactively monitor reports for maintaining inventory quantity and availability of items.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor in drafting and revision of SOPs related to management of the warehouse.
- Provide support to Operations in use of Materials Management module transactions in SAP and educate on warehouse policy and procedures, assist with inventory description changes, stock level evaluation or other edits to Material Master, Data and MRP settings within SAP and Assist with KPI reporting in relation to inventory.
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory control in warehouse or industrial environment.
