• Enjoys coffee to taste for daily calibration
• Eager to learn from our in-house team of coffee experts and ongoing training program
• Knowledgeable about espresso techniques operating, maintaining commercial coffee equipment (not required, but preferred)
• Experienced in the coffee industry with references (preferred)
• Open availability throughout the week (scheduled hours are 7:30AM - 6:30PM, with exceptions on Sunday and Monday)

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean, tidy and professional work space
• Prepare hot/cold drinks in accordance with customer needs by Crucible standards
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Interact with customers regularly in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications :

• Proven work experience as a barista
• Integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail and independence in a work space
• Effective communication and listening skills
