What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Human Resources Generalist position at Crucial Hire?
Senior HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Business Operations
About the Company
Some HR roles are reactive.
This one isn’t.
We’re partnered with a stable, growth-oriented organization where HR is expected to do more than support the business—it’s expected to improve how it runs.
This is a place where details matter—how managers lead, how issues are handled, how processes flow—and where the right HR partner can directly influence performance.
About the Role
Let’s be clear—this is not a back-office HR role.
You’ll work directly with leaders who rely on HR for real guidance, not just policy interpretation. You’ll see across teams, step into real situations, and help shape how decisions get made.
You won’t just execute programs.
You’ll make them work.

🚫 This Role Is Not For You If
