Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition
• Recruit across salaried and hourly disciplines, from engineering to production.
• Run a professional, structured search process that mirrors world-class manufacturers.
• Build real talent pipelines — not “just-in-time” scrambling.
Partnership With Plant Leadership
• Work directly with supervisors, managers, directors, and HR partners.
• Understand workforce needs beyond a job description.
• Influence hiring decisions with insights, data, and genuine talent instincts.
Salaried & Hourly Mastery
• Salaried: engineering, supply chain, ops leadership, finance, technical roles.
• Hourly: production, assembly, maintenance, plant logistics, skilled trades.
Build Culture Through Hiring
• Bring in people who stay — people who want to grow, contribute, and take pride in their craft.
• Keep the job-hoppers, résumé tourists, and “just browsing” candidates out of the funnel.
Data, Process & Continuous Improvement
• Track metrics like a business athlete: time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, turnover indicators.
• Improve interview flow, communication, candidate experience, and hiring manager alignment.
Qualifications
✔ 3–7 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-driven environments
✔ Experience recruiting both salaried and hourly manufacturing talent
✔ Strong sourcing instincts rooted in real-world practice
✔ Confident, polished communicator who elevates the room
✔ Deep understanding of plant culture and frontline workforce dynamics
✔ Highly organized and resilient — great under pressure, strong with shifting priorities
✔ Comfortable onsite, visible, and connected to the operation
✔ Values-driven: craftsmanship, professionalism, consistency, long-term fit
