Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Worker role located in Xenia, OH. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and light repairs of systems and facilities. Daily tasks involve operating power tools, conducting carpentry and plumbing work, diagnosing and addressing facility issues, and ensuring the safety and functionality of the property.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience with Power Tools and Carpentry
- Skill in Plumbing and general repair work
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are advantageous
