How You'll Work
- Location: Buffalo, NY
- Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position between $62,355-$74,826 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

What You'll Do
- Responsible for total oversight and management of an assigned location.
- Effective relationship management with the customer, motor carrier partners and the corporate office, this position is accountable for ensuring excellence in the execution of all day-to-day operations.
- Act as a liaison between the Company, independently contracted motor carrier partners and the customer, with a focus on delivering cost-effective, timely and professional services to all end-customers. Compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures must be enforced in each market.
- This position will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of annual base salary.
