Additionally, they may need to collect and record customer data and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires problem-solving skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure. The focus is on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and providing quality service that meets or exceeds their expectations.

How You’ll Work
- Location: 7310 Innovation Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46818
- Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
- Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the fixed rate the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $16.50 per hour. This rate reflects a good faith estimate of the compensation offered for this role and is expected to apply uniformly to all candidates selected.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Trace shipments for the booking agents and customers
- Investigate and resolve service issues as they occur by working with planners, drivers, and distribution Centers
- Register shipments for online agents
- Provide system updates when needed
- Respond to general inquiries, i.e., missing pieces, certain account watch info, and claims
- Provide dates for truckload shipments as well as specialty fleets
- Add and approve valuation with defined limits
- Document all actions on the V601 system
- Customer Service and Communication
