CRSI is hiring a Part-Time Dietary Worker. This is a Union Position.
Our Dietary Workers are responsible for the following duties:
• Teach, train, and assist residents in food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, etc.
• Prepare attractive meals in three consistencies, follow menus and use standardized recipes, and prepare diets as prescribed by dietician.
• Follow production sheets and serve food according to portion control and analysis.
• Be aware and practice good sanitation procedures
• Check food and supply shipments, store food properly, and rotate stock.
• Interact appropriately with residents, dietary manager, dietitian, and other staff.
