Job Overview
The Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist is a key member of the CRS Marketing Team, responsible for executing creative, strategic, and results-driven marketing initiatives. This role supports brand awareness, sales enablement, and engagement through graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution across multiple channels. The ideal candidate ensures consistent brand messaging and a cohesive experience across all digital and print platforms while collaborating cross-functionally to support business objectives.
This hybrid role will complete new hire training on-site, and thereafter is anticipated to work two days per week at our Phoenix office, located in North Central Phoenix. The remaining days may be completed working at home. This position has an salary of approximately $55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on education and experience, with additional opportunity for annual bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design and maintain visually compelling marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, social media assets, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and edit creative assets such as infographics, email templates, landing pages, and branded collateral.
- Source and edit high-quality photography and stock imagery to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns, sales tools, and digital content.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, style, and design across all channels.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and schedule content for CRS’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.
- Create engaging content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
- Email Marketing & Website Support
- Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and tracking performance.
- Support website content updates, blog posts, and video integration.
- Continuing Education (CE) Class Support
- Create post-class certificates.
- Update and refine CE course materials as needed.
- General Marketing & Administrative Support
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to fulfill marketing requests.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs to measure campaign success.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design/marketing technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing department.
- Graphic Design & Digital Media
- Strong skills in typography, composition, and layout design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually impactful designs.
- Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere) and motion graphics is a plus.
- Marketing & Content Strategy
- Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and website content management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Understanding of HTML and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
