We're looking for an energetic, driven Sales leader who thrives on prospecting, networking, and building relationships. This isn't a role for someone who waits for customers to walk through the door—we're looking for a true hunter who enjoys creating opportunities, generating leads, and helping families find the perfect home.
Manufactured housing experience is a plus, but we're primarily looking for a proven sales professional with a passion for customer service and the drive to exceed goals.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through closing.
- Conduct engaging community and model home tours for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
- Develop creative marketing ideas to increase traffic, leads, and home sales.
- Accurately prepare contracts, purchase agreements, disclosures, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate inspections, move-ins, and post-sale follow-up to deliver an exceptional homeowner experience.
- Maintain customer information, sales activity, and reporting within company systems.
- Partner with resort leadership to identify opportunities to grow occupancy and home sales.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience with a proven ability to generate and close new business.
- A self-motivated, results-driven professional with a true hunter mentality.
- Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software.
- Manufactured housing, residential real estate, RV, or homebuilding sales experience is preferred but not required.
