Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates (C-NTA) is seeking a Coordinator for our Adult Day Program located in Somerset. The ideal Coordinator will be a confident, upbeat team member who can support individuals, guide fellow DSPs, and help the management team keep the program running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals through engaging activities—both onsite and through outings in the community.
- Lead the medication administration program by completing medication counts, observations, and audits to ensure medication is on hand for every individual.
- Help prep and execute daily projects, outings, and group activities, ensuring supplies, schedules, and plans are ready to go (and adjust on the fly when needed!).
- Provide guidance to DSPs and help new hires feel confident by offering consistent and thorough shadowing opportunities.
- Complete documentation accurately and review daily notes for accuracy.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and licensing-ready environment every day.
- Build positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and teammates.
- A caring heart, a patient attitude, and a real passion for helping others succeed.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Experience as a DSP is a plus—but we will train the right candidate with strong leadership and organizational qualities.
- An ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening which C-NTA pays for you.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and model professionalism for the team.
- A valid PA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to transport individuals safely during outings using company provided vehicles.
- Ability to obtain the Medication Practicum Observer Certification within 6 months of hire.
