Your Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality in-shop detailing jobs with professionalism and attention to detail
- Arrive on time and ready to work every day
- Communicate clearly with clients before and after each job to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional results based on the service package and add-ons selected
- Build lasting relationships with customers and represent the Crox Detailing brand with pride
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional window tint or PPF experience
- Must be able to complete full vehicle window tints and/or ppf installs
- Experience with ceramic coating, paint correction, or detailing is a plus
- Reliable personal transportation (car, van, or truck)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow with the company
- You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty and you love making customers happy
- Comfortable interacting with and upselling customers
- You are expected to be punctual and communicative with customers
- Most importantly, you work hard with a positive attitude and love being around cars
Job Type
Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract
Pay: $4,000 - $10,000 per month (flat rate pay, upsells, $10-$15 bonuses for positive reviews, 100% of tips)
