Key Responsibilities:
- Rooftop Surveys:Perform detailed visual inspections of commercial rooftops, documenting conditions, identifying potential issues, and gathering necessary data.
- Estimating Packages:Develop comprehensive estimating packages for roof replacement or repair projects based on survey findings.
- Condition Assessment:Accurately assess the current condition of the roof, including identifying damage, wear, and tear, and any necessary repairs.
- Data Documentation:Maintain detailed records of survey data, measurements, and observations, using appropriate software and documentation methods.
- Communication:Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and construction managers, providing clear and concise information about roof conditions and recommendations.
- Project SupportParticipate in project planning, assisting in developing scopes of work and project timelines, providing input on materials and solutions for roof issues
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong Observation Skills: Ability to identify subtle signs of roof damage and deterioration.
- Attention to Detail: Careful and accurate documentation of survey findings is crucial.
- Good Communication Skills:Ability to explain technical information clearly to clients and colleagues.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
