What You’ll Be Doing as an Entry Level Customer Representative:
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, whether resolving service questions or helping them explore new AT&T options.
- Identify customer concern and guide them through clear, step-by-step solutions ensuring they leave satisfied and confident.
- Stay informed about the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions to provide accurate recommendations.
- Create positive, lasting impressions by building trust and rapport with every customer. Work closely with your teammates and leadership to meet shared goals, celebrate wins, and continuously improve.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and prepare for future growth.
What We’re Looking For in Entry Level Customer Representatives:
