In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding service and support to our California-based clients, helping them navigate and maximize the benefits of AT&T’s diverse suite of products and solutions. Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact and direct representative for assigned AT&T residential consumer accounts
- Help each client choose the right AT&T services (wireless plans, devices, telecommunications solutions)
- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
- Monitor account activity and ensure service quality for every AT&T client
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver full-service support tied to AT&T solutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services during the Enrollment and client support process
What We’re Looking For in an Enrollment Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience as a Enrollment Associate is highly desirable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset
- A passion for helping clients and providing top-tier service for AT&T products
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks during ongoing Enrollment activities
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on client success

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
