Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator based at Peterborough in the UK on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The role reports to the Sales Manager, UK and Ireland. The incumbent will: • manage short term Customer Demand process through: • collect Forecasts • setup Orders in SAP (ATM, Call Offs) • organise Delivery plan. • ensure Commercial agreements adherence through Service Level / Contracts terms compliance. • communicate internally in respect of changes to orders / deadlines etc. Your mission in Crown : In more details, you will: • Receive orders from Customers / obtain ATMs, enter orders in the system, maintain pricing module in SAP • Liaise with customers to validate short term demand plan • Negotiate with Customers regarding lead-times, delivery schedules etc. to help maximise plant productivity. • Provide product status information (on order, in process, in stock in transit) to the customers; monitor the logistics path from stock situation up to the delivery to customers’ filling line/s. • Maintain the Sales Orders in the system. • Ensure that the financial handling of deliveries is within the specified credit limits • Liaise with Finance on invoicing matters. Ensure that standing data is maintained by customer / location • Liaise with Logistics department on material supply and delivery of products • Arrange pro-active visits to the customer to maintain good relations and improve our understanding of Customer requirements • Implement and maintain administrative controls to support to achieve the tasks required by the job. • Manage the Commercial interface at Plant level. • Resolve all sales invoice queries • Monitor slow and non-moving f/g stocks to liaise with Customers and Finance Dept. to dispose/exhaust them appropriately. About you : You have a Business Administration degree in Sales/Commercial or a Supply Chain background, with minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You possess a comprehensive proficiency in MSOffice, (Excel )and a strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP). You are an effective communicator, both internally and externally, with good interpersonal and planning skills. You have excellent verbal and writing skills in English. We are looking for a team player, with a high level of organization and administrative skills.
